CONGRATULATIONS
In 2024, experienced teachers Mrs Bansal, Mrs Booth, Mrs Krishna, and Mrs Lindsay embraced the opportunity to undertake a two-year Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching Linguistically Diverse Learners (TESOL) through the University of Auckland. This specialised qualification strengthens their expertise in supporting ākonga who are learning English as a second language across a wide range of backgrounds. After two years of dedicated study, they are now fully qualified and excited for their graduation ceremony in 2026.

TO ALL OUR PARENT AND WHĀNAU HELPERS
We would like to thank all our parent and whānau who have helped out on school trips, camps and fundraisers this year. Without your help these learning experiences would not be possible.

WĀNANGA RAUTAKI
He mihi maioha—thank you for joining us at the Wānanga Rautaki on Saturday. Your presence and contributions were greatly appreciated.
|
USING OUR PEDESTRIAN CROSSINGS
Please ensure you and your child/ren are using the pedestrian crossings before and after school. Some adults have been crossing Riverton Drive by the school gates with students, this is dangerous role modeling. After school traffic is very busy and we do not want any students copying adults and getting hurt. Thank you for your support with this and making sure everyone gets home safe.

|
BRING A BIKE & SCOOTER LOCK TO SCHOOL
If tamariki ride scooters or bikes to school, please make sure they bring a lock to keep it safe during the day. Locking rides helps prevent them from being taken. Thanks for helping us keep our school community safe and responsible!
